Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground pork sausage (mild or spicy, depending on preference)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 (10-ounce) can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained well
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cups Bisquick baking mix (or similar)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel, cheddar cheese, and Bisquick.
- Mix thoroughly until everything is fully incorporated.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into 1–1½ inch balls. Place them evenly on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm.
