Rosemary Honey Butter Dinner Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  1. Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Rest 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, egg, honey, and rosemary. Mix.
  3. Add flour and salt gradually. Knead until smooth.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and rise 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Punch down dough and shape into rolls.
  7. Place on baking sheet; rise 30 minutes.
  8. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden.
  9. Brush with honey butter and serve warm.
