Rhubarb Ripple Ice Cream – Swirls of Tart and Sweet in Every Creamy Scoop
No-churn, no-fuss, and totally irresistible. This ice cream is loaded with silky vanilla cream and tangy ribbons of rhubarb compote. It’s the flavor combo you didn’t know you were missing

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup rhubarb compote (just rhubarb + sugar cooked down)

Instructions : 

  1. Whip cream until stiff peaks. Fold in condensed milk + vanilla.
  2. Layer in a loaf pan with spoonfuls of rhubarb compote, swirling gently.
  3. Freeze 6 hours or overnight. Scoop and smile.
