Ingredients :
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup rhubarb compote (just rhubarb + sugar cooked down)
Instructions :
- Whip cream until stiff peaks. Fold in condensed milk + vanilla.
- Layer in a loaf pan with spoonfuls of rhubarb compote, swirling gently.
