Ingredients:
- 2 cups Chex mix
- 2 cups popcorn
- 2 cups pretzels (gluten-free if desired)
- ½ cup dry roasted peanuts, unsalted
- 9 oz white chocolate (dairy-free if desired)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Christmas sprinkles
Instructions:
- Add Chex mix, popcorn, pretzels, and peanuts to a large bowl.
- Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the mix and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Gently fold in Christmas sprinkles (and any optional add-ins).
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, until set.
- Break into pieces and serve.
