Ingredients:

- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups powdered sugar
For the Chocolate Topping
- 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips (or semi-sweet)
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions:
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter and melted butter until smooth.
- Gradually stir in powdered sugar until fully combined and thick.
- Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and melted.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until set.
- Lift from the pan, slice into bars, and serve.
