Reese’s Peanut Butter No-Bake Bars

Ingredients:

For the Peanut Butter Layer

  • 1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

For the Chocolate Topping

  • 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips (or semi-sweet)
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Gradually stir in powdered sugar until fully combined and thick.
  4. Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and melted.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until set.
  8. Lift from the pan, slice into bars, and serve.

Approximately 16 bars

Storage Tips

Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Freeze for up to 2 months.

Optional Variations

  • Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor
  • Add a pinch of sea salt on top before chilling
  • Substitute crunchy peanut butter for added texture
