Ingredients:
- Pumpkin Base:
- 15 oz pumpkin purée (NOT pie mix)
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Crumble:
- 13.2 oz spice cake mix
- 6 tbsp melted salted butter
- Optional Toppings:
Whipped cream, caramel syrup, crushed pecans, vanilla ice cream
Instructions :
- Preheat oven to 350°F and butter a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk pumpkin purée, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the spice cake mix with melted butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the pumpkin base.
- Bake for 55 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden.
- Cool for 15 minutes, then serve warm with your favorite toppings.
