Ingredients:

Makes 9–12 squares

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Whisk in the eggs, honey, and milk until well combined.
  4. Stir in the oats and baking powder. Mix until evenly incorporated.
  5. Fold in any optional add-ins if using.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until set in the center and lightly golden.
  8. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
