Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 3/4 cups cold milk
- Chocolate shavings, for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine flour, pecans, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes, then cool.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and beat until creamy. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
- Whisk chocolate and vanilla pudding mixes with cold milk. Pour over cream cheese layer.
- Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
