Ingredients :
Base Layers:

8 oz extra wide egg noodles

1.5 lbs grass-fed ground beef

2 cans (30oz) San Marzano tomato sauce
Cream Layer:

8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese, softened

8 oz organic sour cream
-
2 tsp roasted garlic
Seasonings & Topping:

1 tsp artisan Italian seasoning

1.5 cups sharp cheddar, shredded

Salt & pepper to taste

Prep:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9×13 ceramic baking dish.
Cook egg noodles al dente → drain. -
Beef Layer:
Brown ground beef in cast iron skillet → drain.
Stir in roasted garlic, Italian seasoning, S&P.
Add tomato sauce → simmer 5 mins. -
Cream Layer:
Blend softened cream cheese + sour cream. -
Layer:
In baking dish:
» ½ noodles → ½ cream mix → ½ beef sauce
» Repeat layers -
Bake:
Top with cheddar → bake 25 mins until bubbly.

What do you put into the oven?
I’m thinking after everything is layered and you put the cheese on top that would be when you put the casserole in the oven until the cheese is melted and just starting to turn golden (like any other cheese-topped dish).
