Ingredients:
- 1 family-size bag frozen pierogies
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1–2 tbsp salt-free garlic herb seasoning
- 1–2 cups pasta sauce
- 1–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Cooked Italian sausage
- Optional pizza toppings (pepperoni, olives, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and spread the frozen pierogies in an even layer.
- Mix melted butter with garlic herb seasoning and brush generously over the pierogies.
- Bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven, flip pierogies, then bake another 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Top pierogies with pasta sauce, shredded mozzarella, cooked Italian sausage, and any additional pizza toppings.
- Return to oven and bake just until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
