Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup crushed pineapple, well drained
- ½ cup dried cranberries, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- ¼ cup chopped pecans (optional)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions:
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in pineapple, cranberries, green onions, pecans, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll tortillas tightly.
- Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up.
- Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve.
