Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 200 grams granulated sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 120 grams unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 300 grams all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
- Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool completely on a wire rack before frosting or serving.
