Perfect Vanilla Cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 200 grams granulated sugar
  • 250 ml milk
  • 120 grams unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
  • 300 grams all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely on a wire rack before frosting or serving.
