Ingredients :
- 3 to 4 big eggs for each portion
 - A small amount of milk or cream (if desired, for extra creaminess)
 - Spices for seasoning.
 - Butter is better than oil.

Instructions :
- Break and whisk the eggs.
 - Begin by beating the eggs in a bowl. Sprinkle a little salt and add some milk or cream for creamier eggs, if desired. Use a fork to thoroughly mix the egg yolks and egg whites. You don’t have to mix too much; just make sure everything is mixed together.
 - Warm up your non-stick frying pan on medium-low heat. Put a little bit of butter in the pan and let it melt, covering the bottom. Prevent it from turning brown.
 - Put the beaten eggs into the pan. Let them rest for around twenty seconds without mixing. Next, use a spatula to carefully transfer the eggs from the sides to the middle. Keep cooking and stirring gently until the eggs are
 - almost cooked but still a little soft. This will take around 2-3 minutes.
 - Complete the cooking process:
 - When the eggs are almost cooked, take the pan off the stove. The remaining heat will continue cooking the eggs, making them very soft and creamy when done.
