Pepperoni Pizza Crackers Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 box (13.7 oz) buttery round crackers
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mini pepperoni or regular pepperoni slices, quartered
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce onto each cracker and spread gently.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the crackers.
  5. Top with pepperoni pieces and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder if using.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
