• 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with foil and arrange the Club Crackers in a single layer.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the sugar and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Once boiling, continue cooking for 2 minutes while stirring.
- Remove from heat and carefully stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the hot toffee mixture evenly over the crackers.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly over the top.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until lightly browned and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
- Once cooled, break apart into individual crackers.
