Ingredients:
For the crust layer:
- 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
For the cheesecake layer:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tub (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed
For the pecan pie layer:
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Make Crust Layer

Combine crushed cookies with melted butter. Press into bottom of trifle dish or individual serving cups using a spoon.

Prepare Cheesecake Layer

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth in a large bowl. Fold in whipped topping with spatula.

Make Pecan Pie Layer

Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, heavy cream, and butter in saucepan. Cook over medium heat 5–7 minutes, stirring constantly with spoon until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in pecans and vanilla.

Assemble Trifle

Layer: Crust → Cheesecake → Pecan mixture. Repeat. End with pecan topping.

Chill ≥2 hours. Garnish with pastry bag (for whipped cream) or sprinkle pecans.
