Ingredients
- 2 cups pecans, toasted & finely chopped
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- ¼ cup bourbon or apple juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup chocolate chips, melted (for dipping)
Method
- Mix It Up:
In a large bowl, combine pecans, graham crumbs, brown sugar, and salt. - Flavor Boost:
Stir in maple syrup, bourbon (or apple juice), and vanilla extract until everything is evenly moistened. The mixture should stick together when pressed. - Shape:
Roll into small bite-sized balls (about 1 inch). Place them on parchment paper. - Chill:
Refrigerate or freeze for 15–20 minutes so they firm up nicely. - Dip & Set:
Dip each ball into melted chocolate, then return to parchment paper. Let the chocolate set (you can pop them in the fridge for faster results).
Storage Tip:
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge up to 1 week or freeze up to 2 months.
