Pecan Pie Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix well until fully combined.
  2. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Roll into small bite-sized balls.
  4. (Optional) Coat with additional chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, or dip in melted chocolate for extra flavor.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
