- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 12 oz white chocolate (chips, melting wafers, or almond bark)

- Crushed candy canes
- Drizzle of milk or dark chocolate
Instructions:
- Make the sandwiches:
Spread peanut butter on half of the Ritz crackers. Top with the remaining crackers to form sandwiches. - Melt the white chocolate:
Microwave the white chocolate in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted. - Dip the sandwiches:
Use a fork to dip each peanut butter cracker sandwich into the melted white chocolate, letting excess drip off. - Decorate (optional):
Add sprinkles, crushed candy canes, or a chocolate drizzle while the coating is still wet. - Set:
Place the dipped crackers on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let them set at room temperature or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until firm.
