Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Mix peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt; add to the batter and mix just until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and peanuts, if using.
- Spread batter evenly in the pan.
- Bake 25–30 minutes, until edges are set and center is slightly gooey.
- Cool slightly before slicing.
