Ingredients:
For the Dough:
1 cup warm milk (110°F)
2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
¼ cup granulated sugar
⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
½ tsp salt
4 cups all-purpose flour
For the Peach Filling:
2 cups peaches (fresh/canned)
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp premium cinnamon
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
For Cinnamon-Sugar Filling:
⅓ cup softened butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
For Glaze:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
2–3 tbsp milk
Directions:
Make Dough:
In a stand mixer bowl, combine warm milk + yeast. Wait 5-10 mins until foamy. Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, and salt. Mix with dough hook. Gradually add flour. Knead 5-7 mins. Place in greased bowl, cover, rise 1-1.5 hrs.Peach Filling:
In saucepan, mix peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Cook 5 mins until thick. Cool completely.Roll Dough:
Punch down dough. Roll into 12×18” rectangle on floured surface using a marble rolling pin.Add Fillings:
Spread softened butter over dough. Sprinkle mixed brown sugar + cinnamon. Spoon cooled peach filling on top.Shape Rolls:
Tightly roll dough from long edge. Slice into 12 rolls with a dough scraper. Place in greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Cover, rise 30-45 mins.Bake:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 25-30 mins until golden.Glaze:
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls.
