- 1–2 yellow squash, thinly sliced

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
2. Slice the squash
Wash the yellow squash and cut it into thin rounds for even roasting.
3. Arrange on the baking sheet
Place the squash slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
