Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp each salt and pepper
- 1 tsp each paprika and garlic powder
- Two 6.5 oz pizza crust mixes (+ ingredients needed from package)
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce (just enough to coat chicken)
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- Dried parsley
Instructions:
- Cut chicken into small cubes. Heat a skillet over medium-high, add olive oil, and cook chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Prepare pizza crust according to package directions. Spread dough on a greased sheet pan, poke holes, and prebake at 475°F for 5–10 minutes.
- When the chicken is cooked through, remove from heat and coat lightly with Parmesan Garlic sauce.
- Spread Alfredo sauce over the pizza crust. Add a thin layer of mozzarella, then the chicken, then the remaining mozzarella. Top with chopped bacon.
- Bake at 475°F for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with dried parsley and enjoy!
