Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
- • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- • ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
- • 1 tsp garlic powder
- • 1 tsp paprika
- • 2 large eggs
- • 2 tbsp olive oil
- For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- • 2 tbsp butter
- • 3 garlic cloves, minced
- • 1 cup heavy cream
- • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Prep Chicken:
Pound breasts to ½” thickness with meat mallet. -
Breading Station:

Bowl 1: Eggs (beaten)

Bowl 2: Mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika

Sear:
Heat olive oil in skillet over med-high. Dip chicken in eggs → breading mix. Sear 4-5 mins/side until golden. Remove. -
Make Sauce:
Melt butter in same skillet. Sauté garlic 30 secs. Whisk in cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning. Simmer 3-4 mins until thickened. -
Serve:
Return chicken to skillet; spoon sauce over top. Pair with De Cecco Linguine.
