Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

  • • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • • ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
  • • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • • 1 tsp paprika
  • • 2 large eggs
  • • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
  • • 2 tbsp butter
  • • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • • 1 cup heavy cream
  • • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prep Chicken:
    Pound breasts to ½” thickness with meat mallet.

  2. Breading Station:

    • Bowl 1: Eggs (beaten)

    • Bowl 2: Mix pankoParmesangarlic powderpaprika

  3. Sear:
    Heat olive oil in skillet over med-high. Dip chicken in eggs → breading mix. Sear 4-5 mins/side until golden. Remove.

  4. Make Sauce:
    Melt butter in same skillet. Sauté garlic 30 secs. Whisk in creamParmesanItalian seasoning. Simmer 3-4 mins until thickened.

  5. Serve:
    Return chicken to skillet; spoon sauce over top. Pair with De Cecco Linguine.
