Ingredients :
- 1 (3 oz) box orange Jell-O
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup boiling water
½ cup cold water - 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions :
- In a large mixing bowl, pour the boiling water over the orange Jell-O. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Add the cold water and stir to combine.
- Whisk in the instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Let the mixture cool for about 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is no longer warm but not fully set.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated and creamy.
- Stir in the drained mandarin oranges and mini marshmallows.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours, or until chilled and set.
