Ingredients:
- 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ⅓ cup + 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- ¼ tsp salt
- 113 g cold unsalted butter, cubed
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh cranberries
- ½ tbsp orange zest
- Orange Glaze:
- ⅔ cup powdered sugar
- 3 tsp orange juice
Instructions:
- Mix flour, sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
- Add cold butter cubes and mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
- Stir in cranberries and orange zest.
- Form dough into a ball, then roll between parchment into a 4×12-inch rectangle.
- Freeze 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Slice into 24 cookie sticks and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes, until edges lightly brown.
- While warm, gently reshape if needed.
- Cool completely.
- Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over cookies.
