One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta

Ingredients :

Savory Base:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp butter

Creamy Sauce:

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup beef broth

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Pasta & Garnish:

  • 8 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni, or spaghetti)

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions : 

  1. Sear Beef:

    • Melt butter in Dutch oven over medium heat.

    • Cook beef 5-7 mins until browned. Drain excess fat.

  2. Aromatics:

    • Add onion and garlic; sauté 2 mins until fragrant.

    • Stir in Italian seasoningsalt, and pepper.

  3. Build Sauce:

    • Pour in beef broth; simmer 5 mins.

    • Add heavy cream and Parmesan; stir 3-4 mins until thickened.

  4. Cook Pasta:

    • Add uncooked pasta, pressing into sauce.

    • Cover and simmer 8-10 mins (stirring occasionally). Add splashes of broth if dry.

  5. Serve:

    • Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.
