Ingredients :
Savory Base:

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend) 
- 
1 medium onion, finely chopped 
- 
4 cloves garlic, minced 
- 
2 tbsp butter 
Creamy Sauce:
- 
1 cup heavy cream 
- 
½ cup beef broth 
- 
½ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated 
- 
1 tsp Italian seasoning 
- 
½ tsp salt 
- 
¼ tsp black pepper 
Pasta & Garnish:
- 
8 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni, or spaghetti) 
- 
Fresh parsley, chopped 
Instructions :
- 
Sear Beef: - 
Melt butter in Dutch oven over medium heat. 
- 
Cook beef 5-7 mins until browned. Drain excess fat. 
 
- 
- 
Aromatics: - 
Add onion and garlic; sauté 2 mins until fragrant. 
- 
Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. 
 
- 
- 
Build Sauce: - 
Pour in beef broth; simmer 5 mins. 
- 
Add heavy cream and Parmesan; stir 3-4 mins until thickened. 
 
-

Cook Pasta: - 
Add uncooked pasta, pressing into sauce. 
- 
Cover and simmer 8-10 mins (stirring occasionally). Add splashes of broth if dry.

Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.
