Ingredients:
- 5 cups pancake batter
- 8 eggs
- 6 bacon strips
- 4 sausage patties
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Crushed red pepper, to taste
- Maple syrup, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10 × 15-inch baking sheet.
- Spread the pancake batter evenly over the baking sheet.
- Crack the eggs directly on top of the batter.
- Arrange the bacon strips and sausage patties over the batter as desired.
- Season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper.
- Bake on the center rack for 25 minutes.
- For firmer eggs, move to the top rack and bake an additional 5 minutes.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and serve warm.
