One-Pan Christmas Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups pancake batter
  • 8 eggs
  • 6 bacon strips
  • 4 sausage patties
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Crushed red pepper, to taste
  • Maple syrup, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10 × 15-inch baking sheet.
  2. Spread the pancake batter evenly over the baking sheet.
  3. Crack the eggs directly on top of the batter.
  4. Arrange the bacon strips and sausage patties over the batter as desired.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper.
  6. Bake on the center rack for 25 minutes.
  7. For firmer eggs, move to the top rack and bake an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve warm.
