Ingredients:
Crust
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Chocolate Layer
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Cheesecake Filling
- 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream, cold
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Twix Layer
- 1 cup chopped Twix bars
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Topping
- Additional chopped Twix
- Caramel drizzle
- Chocolate drizzle
Instructions:
- Prepare the Crust:
In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the next layers. - Make the Chocolate Layer:
Heat the heavy cream until warm, then pour over the chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Spread this chocolate mixture over the chilled crust. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. - Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then mix in the vanilla. - Assemble the Cheesecake:
Spread half of the cheesecake filling over the chocolate layer.
Add a layer of chopped Twix bars and drizzle with caramel sauce.
Spread the remaining cheesecake filling on top. - Chill:
Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until fully set (overnight is best). - Add Toppings:
Before serving, top with more chopped Twix, caramel drizzle, and chocolate drizzle. - Serve:
