NO-BAKE SALTED CARAMEL PRETZEL BARS

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • Sea salt, for sprinkling

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving extra overhang for easy lifting later.
  2. In a bowl, combine pretzel sticks + graham cracker crumbs.
  3. Add melted butter and brown sugar. Mix until it looks like wet sand.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into your pan to form the crust.
  5. In a saucepan, heat sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and ½ cup caramel sauce over medium heat. Stir 3–5 minutes until smooth (don’t boil).
  6. Pour this caramel mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Let them soften for a minute, then gently press them in.
  8. Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce across the top.
  9. Finish with a good sprinkle of sea salt.
  10. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until fully set.
  11. Lift from the pan, slice into bars, and enjoy the sweet–salty magic!
