No-Bake Salted Caramel Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt, plus extra for sprinkling

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the peanut butter, honey, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract until smooth and glossy.
  2. Add the rolled oats and ½ teaspoon sea salt. Stir until fully combined and evenly coated.
  3. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture and shape into small cookie rounds on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Lightly sprinkle the tops with a pinch of sea salt.
  5. Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until the cookies are firm and set.
