- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

Mix Filling:
Beat cream cheese, pumpkin purée, powdered sugar, pumpkin spice, and vanilla until smooth. -
Add Crunch:
Fold in graham crumbs until combined. -
Shape & Coat:
Scoop mixture with cookie scoop. Roll into balls; coat in extra crumbs. -
Chill:
Place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate ≥1 hour. -
