No-Bake Coconut Pecan Praline Clusters

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped and lightly toasted
  • 1/2 cup milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips (for drizzle)

Instructions:

  1. Toast chopped pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until fragrant. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, milk, and salt. Stir until butter melts and mixture is smooth.
  3. Bring to a gentle boil and boil exactly 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Quickly fold in shredded coconut and toasted pecans until fully coated.
  6. Drop spoonfuls onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
  7. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over clusters.
  8. Let set at room temperature for 25–30 minutes until firm.
