No-Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter.
  2. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until blended.
  5. Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
    Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour filling over prepared crust and smooth the top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until set.
    Serve topped with fresh fruit or chocolate sauce if desired.
