No-Bake Banana Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ground cinnamon or crushed cookies (optional, for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the bananas and milk until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and add the sugar and cornstarch. Add vanilla if using.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
  4. Let cool for a few minutes, then pour into individual serving cups or one large dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Before serving, garnish with cinnamon or crushed cookies.
