Ingredients:
- 4 ripe bananas
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch

- Ground cinnamon or crushed cookies (optional, for topping)
Instructions:
- Blend the bananas and milk until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and add the sugar and cornstarch. Add vanilla if using.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then pour into individual serving cups or one large dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
