Muffin Pan Brownie Cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of your favorite brownie mix (or homemade if you prefer)
  • Eggs, oil, and water as directed on the box
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Optional Add-Ins:

  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Chopped nuts
  • Caramel bits
  • Crushed peppermint or toffee pieces

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a standard 12-cup muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Mix the brownie batter according to package directions, using the eggs, oil, and water listed. For extra richness, you can stir in a handful of chocolate chips or chopped nuts.
  3. Fill the muffin cups about 2/3 full with batter. Don’t overfill—they’ll rise as they bake!
  4. Bake for about 18 to 20 minutes, or until the tops are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs.
  5. Cool slightly: Let them sit in the pan for 5–10 minutes, then run a butter knife gently around the edges to loosen and lift each brownie cup out.
  6. Serve warm or cool: They’re amazing on their own, or try topping with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce!
