Moist Brown Sugar Yogurt Sheet Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and brown sugar until smooth and slightly creamy.
  3. Add the yogurt and oil. Mix until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for about 35 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
  8. Allow the cake to cool completely before slicing and serving.
