Mini Salted Honey Lavender Pies

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet frozen pie crust, thawed
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • ¼ tsp dried culinary lavender
  • Pinch of salt
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut into small rounds. Press half of them into a mini muffin tin.
  3. In a small bowl, mix honey, lemon juice, heavy cream, lavender, and salt.
  4. Spoon a small amount of filling into each crust-lined cavity.
  5. Top with remaining crust rounds, seal edges, and lightly prick the tops.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden.
  7. Cool slightly, remove from tin, and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
