Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 150 g butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. 1. In a large bowl, add eggs, butter, brown sugar, and vanilla. Mix well until smooth.
  2. 2. Gradually add flour and knead to form a soft dough.
  3. 3. Fold in the chocolate chips evenly.
  4. 4. Transfer the dough into a piping bag or a thick plastic bag. Cut a small hole at the tip.
  5. 5. Pipe small rounds onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 12–15 minutes, until lightly golden.
  7. 7. Let the cookies cool completely before serving  they will crisp up as they cool.
