Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 2½ cups all-purpose flour
- 150 g butter (room temperature)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
- 1. In a large bowl, add eggs, butter, brown sugar, and vanilla. Mix well until smooth.
- 2. Gradually add flour and knead to form a soft dough.
- 3. Fold in the chocolate chips evenly.
- 4. Transfer the dough into a piping bag or a thick plastic bag. Cut a small hole at the tip.
- 5. Pipe small rounds onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 12–15 minutes, until lightly golden.
- 7. Let the cookies cool completely before serving they will crisp up as they cool.
