Mexican Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 3 cups crushed frosted corn flakes
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • Whipped topping
  • Chocolate syrup
  • 4 maraschino cherries

Instructions:

  1. Place the crushed corn flakes in a shallow bowl and mix with ground cinnamon.
  2. Roll each scoop of vanilla ice cream in the cinnamon-coated corn flakes until fully coated.
  3. Drizzle honey over the coated ice cream scoops.
  4. Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
  5. Garnish each with a maraschino cherry.
  6. Serve immediately for a crunchy, sweet, and creamy treat.

Optional: You can slightly chill the coated ice cream in the freezer for 5–10 minutes to help it hold its shape before serving.
