Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Prepare the Topping:
    In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Arrange the Chicken:
    Place the chicken breasts in the greased baking dish.
  4. Spread the Mixture:
    Evenly coat the tops of the chicken breasts with the mayo-Parmesan mixture.
  5. Bake:
    Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden and bubbly.
  6. Garnish and Serve:
    Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Serve with rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.

Tips:

  • For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice to the topping.
  • Use thin-sliced chicken breasts to speed up cooking time.
  • Broil for the last 2 minutes for a more golden top.
