Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken

Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or softened cream cheese)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan or cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
    In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cheese until smooth.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the baking dish. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the top of each piece.
  3. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and topping is golden.
  4. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm with vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.

Tip: For extra flavor, marinate chicken with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice for 30 minutes before baking.
