- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- ½ cup mayonnaise (or softened cream cheese)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan or cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cheese until smooth. - Place chicken breasts in the baking dish. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the top of each piece.
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and topping is golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm with vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
Tip: For extra flavor, marinate chicken with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice for 30 minutes before baking.
