Mediterranean Spinach and Feta Cheese Crisps

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Spinach
    Chop the fresh spinach finely and place it in a medium bowl.
  3. Mix the Cheeses
    Add feta, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses to the bowl with spinach. Mix until evenly combined.
  4. Season
    Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle garlic powder. Stir until all ingredients are coated.
  5. Form Crisps
    Using a spoon, drop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly with the back of the spoon.
  6. Bake
    Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Cool and Serve
    Allow crisps to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a plate. Serve warm as a snack or appetizer.

Tips

  • For extra flavor, sprinkle a pinch of black pepper or dried oregano on top before baking.
  • These crisps can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days, though they are best served fresh.
