- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Prepare the Spinach
Chop the fresh spinach finely and place it in a medium bowl. - Mix the Cheeses
Add feta, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses to the bowl with spinach. Mix until evenly combined. - Season
Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle garlic powder. Stir until all ingredients are coated. - Form Crisps
Using a spoon, drop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly with the back of the spoon. - Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted. - Cool and Serve
Allow crisps to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a plate. Serve warm as a snack or appetizer.
Tips
- For extra flavor, sprinkle a pinch of black pepper or dried oregano on top before baking.
