Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In a bowl, mix bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Brush each chicken breast lightly with olive oil, then coat evenly in the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture. Press gently to help it stick.
  5. Place chicken in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from oven and spread a thin layer of ranch dressing over each piece. Top with shredded provolone cheese.
  7. Return to the oven for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. For a golden top, broil for 1–2 minutes if desired.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, or a fresh side salad. This dish also pairs well with garlic butter rice or roasted vegetables.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
