Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- In a bowl, mix bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Brush each chicken breast lightly with olive oil, then coat evenly in the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture. Press gently to help it stick.
- Place chicken in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from oven and spread a thin layer of ranch dressing over each piece. Top with shredded provolone cheese.
- Return to the oven for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. For a golden top, broil for 1–2 minutes if desired.
