Longhorn Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Cheese Sauce

  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded provolone or mozzarella
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken to even thickness, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Sear chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
  3. Mix cheese sauce: In a small bowl, combine ranch dressing, Parmesan, and provolone.
  4. Top chicken with the cheese mixture and broil for 2–3 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
