Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Cheese Sauce
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup shredded provolone or mozzarella
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Pound chicken to even thickness, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Sear chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
- Mix cheese sauce: In a small bowl, combine ranch dressing, Parmesan, and provolone.
- Top chicken with the cheese mixture and broil for 2–3 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
