Ingredients:
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup diced onions
- ½ cup sliced black olives
- ¼ cup sliced jalapeños
- 1 cup queso cheese sauce
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
Drain excess fat, then mix in the taco seasoning (prepare as package directs).
3. Prepare the Dough
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
Cut into 4-inch squares.
4. Assemble the Pizza Bombs
Place a spoonful of taco meat in the center of each dough square.
Top with cheddar, mozzarella, tomatoes, onions, olives, and jalapeños.
Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
5. Bake
Place the filled dough balls on a baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
6. Add the Queso Drizzle
Warm the queso sauce and drizzle generously over the baked pizza bombs.
Garnish with fresh cilantro.
