Ingredients:
- Cooking spray
- 2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 lemons, zested and juiced
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup white sugar
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 tbsp white sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with foil and spray lightly.
- Press one crescent roll dough evenly into the bottom of the pan.
- Mix lemon juice, most of the zest, cream cheese, and ½ cup sugar until smooth. Spread over dough.
- Place the second crescent roll dough on top. Brush with melted butter.
- Mix remaining sugar with remaining lemon zest and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden. Cool 20 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting.
