If you have leftover mashed potatoes turkey and stuffing from Thanksgiving, Christmas or from your last roast dinner, you are going to love the following recipe. Turkey, potatoes and stuffing are combined with gravy and panko breadcrumbs to make these delicious stuffing balls.
INGREDIENTS :
Base Mixture:

3 cups creamy mashed potatoes

3 cups savory stuffing

1½ cups chopped turkey
Binding & Crisp:

Japanese panko (as needed)

Himalayan salt & tellicherry pepper
Finishing:
- Artisan turkey gravy
- Fresh chives (garnish)
How to Make Leftover Turkey Stuffing Balls :

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine stuffing, mashed potatoes, turkey, S&P.
Too wet? Add panko until moldable. -
Use cookie scoop → roll into 2″ balls. Place on sheet.

10-15 mins until golden and heated through.

Drench in warm gravy or serve as dippers.
