Juicy Blackstone Quesadilla Burger

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10 inches)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil (for the griddle)
  • Optional toppings: sliced onions, lettuce, burger sauce, jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and flatten into wide, thin patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the patties on the hot griddle for 3–4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat to medium. Add a little butter or oil, place a tortilla on the griddle, and sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Place a cooked burger patty on one half of the tortilla. Add chopped pickles and any optional toppings.
  6. Fold the tortilla over the burger to make a quesadilla-style fold.
  7. Cook for 1–2 minutes per side until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  8. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and patties.
  9. Slice and serve hot.
