Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 large flour tortillas (10 inches)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter or oil (for the griddle)
- Optional toppings: sliced onions, lettuce, burger sauce, jalapeños
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
- Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and flatten into wide, thin patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Cook the patties on the hot griddle for 3–4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add a little butter or oil, place a tortilla on the griddle, and sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place a cooked burger patty on one half of the tortilla. Add chopped pickles and any optional toppings.
- Fold the tortilla over the burger to make a quesadilla-style fold.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes per side until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and patties.
- Slice and serve hot.
