Jalapeño Popper Wontons

Ingredients:

  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped jalapeños
  • 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 8 strips bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • Sliced jalapeños (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, chopped jalapeños, shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and ranch seasoning.
  2. Place wonton wrappers into muffin tins to form little cups.
  3. Bake at 375°F for 5 minutes.
  4. Fill each partially baked wonton cup with the jalapeño popper mixture.
  5. Top each with a sliced jalapeño.
  6. Bake again at 375°F for 10 minutes, until crispy and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
