Ingredients:
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chopped jalapeños
- 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 8 strips bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning
- 24 wonton wrappers
- Sliced jalapeños (for topping)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, chopped jalapeños, shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and ranch seasoning.
- Place wonton wrappers into muffin tins to form little cups.
- Bake at 375°F for 5 minutes.
- Fill each partially baked wonton cup with the jalapeño popper mixture.
- Top each with a sliced jalapeño.
- Bake again at 375°F for 10 minutes, until crispy and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
